Commentary:
On December 15, 1998 the Planning Board approved the Hmken Road
Subdivision. Webber Energy is developing this subdivision, which consists of 3
development lata plus a 700 -fast extension of Haskell Road and installation of
necessary utilities. Wo of the three lots are now occupied by Denny's Restaurant
and the Berlin Auto Dealership. Ali required public improvements have been
satisfactorily constructed and inspected by the City Engineering Department.
Costs of construction and inspection have been borne by Ne developer.
The attached Council Order is for formal acceptance of the extension of Haskell
Road as a public way. The extension will be named Haskell Road. A sketch
showing the location of the extension accompanies t idler.

access properties in this subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the public way on the above ref anted plan has been inspected by the City
Bngmear and has been found to meet Ne City's standards and requirements for such public
improvements,

recorded, Penobscot County Registry of feeds is hereby accepted as a Public Way and Street by
the CityofBangor.
