Commentary:
Sewer liens were recorded in dune 19W and February 1998 on property located at 175
Cedar Street and owned by David K & Cathy M. Crane. The Wastewater Treatment
Pint has received payment in fie amount of$3,200+for the outstanding cbmges.
Because the sewer liens have matured, Comcil approval is necessary to release the City's
Interest in the property.
Real estate taxes are current. There are no code issues with the property.
The Finance Committee recommended approval at its meeting held on Sept. T".

City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City
may have in the real estate located at 175 Cedar Street in add Bangor by virtue of
matured municipal sewer charge liens recorded in Book 6425, Page 215; Book 6425,
Page 216; and Book 6592, Page 303, Penobscot Registry of Dceds. Send deed shill be
directed to David K. & Cathy M. Crane, a copy of which is attached hereto.

The CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal corporation located in Bangor, Penobscot
County, Maine, as Grantor, for consideration paid, releases to DAVID K. & CATHY M.
CRANE 1T, of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, as Growers, a certain lot or parcel of
land with the buildings thereon, situate in the City of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine,
more particularly described as follows, viz:
Real estate located at 175 Cedar Street in said Bangor,
and further described in a dad recorded in Volume 4704,
Page 67, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Designated
Father in City records as Assessor's Map 34, Lot 30,
real estate account number 59729.
Any and all other rights, easements, privileges and
appurtenances belonging to the granted estate are hereby
conveyed.
The purpose of this deed is to release to the Crrantas any interest the Gmmor may
have in the above-described property by virtue of matured sewer liens assessed against
David K. & Cathy M. Crone and recorded in Book 6425, Page 215; Book 6425, Hook
216; and Book 6592, Page 303, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. All public easements or
other public interests in the described premises for roads, sewers, or other purposes are
expressly reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its
corporate seal, and signed in its corporate cone by RONALD I. FIELLER, Finance
Director, thereunto duty authorized, this day of September, 1999.
