Sewer liens were recorded in 1997 and 1998 on property located at
29 Ohio Street and assessed against Jodie E. Harris. The property
is now owned by Martin Campbell and David Lawlor. The Owners have
paid all outstanding sewer
sr fees in the amount of $1,142.00.
Because the sewer liens havematured, Council approval is necessary
to release the City's interest in the property.
There are no code issues with the property, and the real estate tax
account is current.
The Finance Committee recommended approval at its meeting held on
August 2nd.

ORDERED,
THAT Ronald 1. Heller, Finance Director, is hereby
authorized, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal
Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City may have in the real
estate located at 29 Ohio Street in said Bangor by virtue of
matured municipal sewer charge liens recorded in Book 6425, Page
267; Book 6592, Page 351 and Book 6742, Page 259, Penobscot
Registry of Deeds. Said deed shall be, directed to Martin Campbell
and David Lawlor, successors in title to Jodie E. Harris, a copy of
which is attached hereto.

The CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal corporation located in
Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, as Grantor, for consideration
paid, releases to MARTIN CAMPBELL and DAVID LAWLOR, both of Bangor,
Penobscot County, Maine. as Grantees, successors in title to Jodie
E. Harris, a certain let or parcel of land with the buildings
thereon, situate in the City of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine,
more particularly described as follows, Vic.
Real estate located at 29 Ohio Street in said
Bangor, and further described in deeds recorded
in Volume 5174, Pages 333 and 335 and Book 6807,
Page 148, Penobscot Registry of Deeds.
Designated further in City records as Assessor's
Map 41, Lot 11, real estate account number
07668.
Any and all other rights, easements, privileges
and appurtenances belonging to the granted
estate are hereby conveyed.
The purpose of this deed is to release to the Grantees any
interest the Grantor may have in the -above described property by
virtue of matured sewer liens assessed against Jodie E. Harris and
recorded in Book 6425, Page 267; Book 6592, Page 351 and Book 6742,
Page 259, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. All public easements or
other public interests in the described premises for roads, sewers,
or other purposes are expressly reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be
Baled with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by
RONALD I. HELLER, Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized, this
day of August, 1999.
