A house was built and Habitat for Humanity decided that it did not need all the land that the City had donated, so they offered to return a portion to the City. This Order authorizes the acceptance of the deed. The Finance Committee recommended approval at its July 19th meeting. Councilman HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF GREATER BANGOR, a charitable corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Maine and having a principal place of business in Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, as Grantor for consideration paid, grants to the CITY OF BANGOR, municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Maine, located at Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, as Grantee, with Quitclaim Covenant the land in Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin in the easterly line of Market Street in said Bangor, said imn pin marking the northeasterly comer of the parcel Previously conveyed by the City of Bangor to Edmund J.
