sewer liens have been recorded since 1994 against property
locateddt 41 Grant Street and assessed against Arnold J. Jr. and
Nancy L. areas. .give of the sewer liens have matured. The
property has now been foreclosed by Salomon Brothers Realty Corp.
of New York. The Bank has paid all outstanding charges in the
amount of $2,041. In order to meet a closing deadline, a municipal
quitclaim deed was issued upon receipt of payment of all
outstanding amounts. The Bank has requested that the deed be
directed to them, and they in turn will convey it to the new
owner. The purpose of this Resolve is to ratify the actions of the
Legal and Finance Departments.

RESOLVED,
TEAT the actions of the City Finance Director and
Asst. city Solicitor in executing and delivering a municipal
quitclaim deed releasing tax title to property located at 41 Grant
Street to Salomon Brothers Realty Corp., is hereby ratified and
confirmed.
A copy of the deed in its executed form is attached to
this Resolve.

The CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal corporation located in
Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine,, as Grantor, for consideration
paid, releases to SALON BROTHERS FEALTY CORP., a New York
corporation with a mailing address of Seven World Trade Center,
29th Floor, New York, New York 10048, as Grantee, successor in
title to Arnold J. Jr. & Nancy L. Gross, a certain lot or parcel of
land with the buildings ereon, situate in the City of Bangor,
Penobscot County, M1ls//more particularly described as follows,

Bang r and further described in a deed recorded
n Volume 4353, Page 150, Penobscot Registry of
Deeds. Designated further in City records a
Assessor's Map 38, Lot 91, real estate account
number 51087.
Any and all other rights, easements, privileges
and appurtenances belonging to the granted
estate are hereby conveyed.
The purpose of this deed is to release to the Grantee any
interest the Grantor may have in the above described property by
virtue of matured sewer liens assessed against Arnold S. Jr. and
Nancy L. Gross and recorded in Book 5752, Page 342; Book 5958, Page
.244; Book 6065, Page 188; Book 6222, Page 86; and Book 6308, Page
176, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. All public easements or other
public interests in the described premises for roads, sewers, or
other purposes are expressly reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be
Baled with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by
RONALD I. HELLER, Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized, this
