Bidders were C.N. Brown, Irving Oil, Webber Energy and Dead River. Sprague Energy bid onjust the No. 5 Fuel Oil. C.N. Brown was the low bidder for No.2 Fuel Oil and Kerosine, and Irving Oil was the competitive bidder on Diesel Fuel, Gasoline and No. 5 Fuel Oil. The bid awards to C.N. Brown and Irving Oil Corp. were reviewed and approved by the Finance Committee on Jure 7, 1999. A fm fixed price from Irving Oil Corp. for Diesel Fuel and Gasoline will be established on June 14, 1999 and the prices will be based upon the futures prices at the Mercantile Exchange for that day.
