Because the 1997 tax lien has matured, a quitclaim deed is now required. This order would authorize release of the City's interest in the property back to the property ower, Mona A. Nickerson. There are no existing code violations. NICAERSON, of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, as Grantee, the property located in Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, more particularly bounded and described as follows: Real estate located at 1990 Ohio Street (land) in said Bangor, and further described in a deed recorded in volume 2527, Page 244, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. This property is further designated as Assessor's Map R3, Lot 4A, real estate account number 28458. Any and all other rights, easements, privileges and appurtenances belonging ato the granted estate are hereby conveyed. The purpose of this deed is to release to the Grantee any interest the Grantor may have in the above-described property by virtue of an undischarged real estate tax lien assed for tax year 1997 against Mona A. Nickerson and recordedin6407, Page 162, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. All public easements mens or other public interests in the described premises forroads, sewers, or other purposes are expressly reserved.
