Because the 1999 tax lien has matured, a quitclaim deed is now required. This Order would authorize release of the City's interest in the property back to the property owner, Beverly B. Grant. There are no existing code violations. Councilman 99-207 MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED The CITY OF HANGAR, a municipal corporation located i Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, as Grantor, for consideration paid, releases to BEVERLY B. GRANT, of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, as Grantee, the property located in Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, more particularly bounded and described as follows: Real estate located at 92 Fruit Street in said Bangor, and further described in deeds recorded in volume 5229, Page 336 and volume 5368, Page 280, Penobscot Registry o0 Deeds. This property is further designated as Assessor's Map 53, Lot 190A, real estate account number 03799. Any and all other rights, easements, privileges and appurtenances belonging to the granted estate are hereby conveyed. The purpose of this deed is to release to the Grantee any interest the Grantor may have in the above-described property by virtue of an undischarged real estate tax lien assessed for tax year 1997 against Beverly B. Grant and recorded in Book 6406, Page 288, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. All public easements o other public interests in the described premises forroads, sewers, or other purposes are expressly reserved.
