The Treasurer's office has received payment in the amount of
approximately $20,900 for outstanding taxes, sewer
r fees and a
Community Development rehab loan against property located at 92
Fruit Street. Because the 1999 tax lien has matured, a quitclaim
deed is now required.
This Order would authorize release of the City's interest in the
property back to the property owner, Beverly B. Grant. There are
no existing code violations.

ORDERED,
TMT Ronald 1. Heller, Finance Director, is hereby
authorized, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal
Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City may have in the
real estate located at 92 Fruit Street in said Bangor by virtue
of an undischarged real estate tax lien recorded in Book 6106,
Page 288, PenobscotRegistryof Leeds. Said deed shall be
directed to Beverly B. Grant, a copy of which is attached hereto.

MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF HANGAR, a municipal corporation located i
Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, as Grantor, for consideration
paid, releases to BEVERLY B. GRANT, of Bangor, Penobscot County,
Maine, as Grantee, the property located in Bangor, Penobscot
County, Maine, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Real estate located at 92 Fruit Street in said
Bangor, and further described in deeds recorded
in volume 5229, Page 336 and volume 5368, Page
280, Penobscot Registry o0 Deeds. This property
is further designated as Assessor's Map 53, Lot
190A, real estate account number 03799.
Any and all other rights, easements, privileges
and appurtenances belonging to the granted
estate are hereby conveyed.
The purpose of this deed is to release to the Grantee any
interest the Grantor may have in the above-described property by
virtue of an undischarged real estate tax lien assessed for tax
year 1997 against Beverly B. Grant and recorded in Book 6406, Page
288, Penobscot Registry of Deeds.
All public easements o other public interests in the
described premises forroads, sewers, or other purposes are
expressly reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be
Baled with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate came by
RONALD I. HELLER, Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized, this
day of June, 1999.
