If approved, this Order would authorize the release Of the City's interest in the property by virtue of the matured lien back t0 the property owners. There are no outstanding sewer charges. In addition, there are no code issues with the property. Said deed shall be directed to Joseph A. 6 Shari E. Reed, a copy of which is attached hereto.
