Payment has been received from the Brewer Federal Credit Onion on
behalf of Hildreth B. Tilley for her property located at 267 Pearl
Street. Because the lien has matured, a quitclaim deed is now
required.
This Order would authorize release of the City's interest in the
property back to the property owner. The tax account is otherwise
current, and there are no existing Code violations.
The Finance Committee recommended approval at its Ma 17th meeting

Ronald I. Heller, Finance Director, is hereby
authorized, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal
Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City may have in the
real estate located at 267 Pearl Street in said Bangor by virtue
of an undischarged teal estate tax lien recorded in Book 6407, Page
318, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Said deed shall be directed to
Hlldreth B. Tilley c/o Brewer Federal Credit Union, a copy of
which is attached hereto.
