Baltimore Waterfront Associates, who has since sold the building located at 4 Union Street, currently holds the lease. Cage Properties LLC has purchased the building from Baltimore Waterfront Associates and would like to assume the lease for the parking spaces. The assignment must be approved by the City of Bangor. This item was reviewed and recommended for approval by the Business & Economic Development Committee at its June 6, 2017 meeting.
