COUNCILOR Councilor Sprague disclosed that he served on the Board of Directors for Penquis and Councilor Tremble was on the Board for EMMC. There were items on the consent agenda relating to these entities and asked the Council to determine if there was a conflict of interest. The City Council determined there was no conflict of interest.
