As you know, the Board has been meeting for the past several months and has made sound progress toward the establishment: of a non-profit corporation. At this point, there is a need tc incur certain expenses for such things as outside labor and employment counsel, director's liability Insurance, various filings and other related! hems. These expenditures could be covered by the CNF's contingency accounq which contains $1001 and which, at present and projected levels of occupancy, does not appear W be critical to the facility's operation.
