It appears that there was a 1969 tax lien that had not been discharged at the Gme of payment. In order to accommodate the closing, a quitclaim deed had m be issued pdor to this Council meeting. The Finance Committee recommended approval at its meeting held on September 18, 2000. The tax account is cunem, and there are no code issues with the property.
