KINGSBURY, successor in title to Jon K. & Lisa M. Chapman, of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, as Grome, a certain lot or parcel of land with the buildings thereon, situate in the City of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, more particularly described as follows, viz: Real estate located at 311 Pine Street in said Bangor and Rather described in a deed recorded in Volume 6590, Page 285, Penobscot Registry of Deeds Said real estate is fmtber described in City records as real state account number 00800, Assessor's Map 47, Lot 38.
