Heller, Finance Director, is hereby authorized, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City may have in the real estate located at 251 Rnson Road in said Bangor by virtue of a matured real estate tax lien assessed for the year 1996 and recorded In Book 6139, Page 66, Penobscot Registry Of Deeds. ANDERSON, both of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, as Grantees, a certain lot or parcel of land vMb the buildings thereon, situate in the City of Eerier, Penobscot County, Maine, more particularly described as follows, viz: Real estate located at 251 Finson Road in said Bangor and further described in a deed recorded in Volume 4630, Page 366, Penobscot County RegistryofDoms. Any and all other rights, easements, privileges and appurtenances belonging m the granted estate are hereby conveyed.
