Heller, Finance Director, is hereby authorized, On behalf of the City - of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any Interest the Oty may have in the real estate located at 21 East Street in said Bangor by virtue of a matured real estate tax lien assessed for the year 1998 and recorded in Book 6719, Page 263, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Said deed shall be directed to Gregory M. and Darlene M. Kenny, a copy of said deed being attached hereto. KENNY, bath of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, as Grantees, a certain lot or parcel of land with the buildings thereon, situate in the City of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, more particularly described as follows, viz: Real estate located at 21 East Street in said Bangor and further described in a deed recorded th Volume 4350, Page 90, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Said real estate is further described in City records as real estate account number 07971, Assessor's Map 13, Lot 136. Any and all other rights, easements, privileges mrd apartment belonging to the granted estate are hereby conveyed.
