The France Committee recommended approval at its meeting held on September 5, 2000.
There are no cede issues with the property.

CITY OF BANGOR
(TITLE.) ORDER, Authorizing Execution of Municipal Quitclaim Deed -- Real
Estate Located at 21 East Street
THAT Ronald 1. Heller, Finance Director, is hereby authorized, On behalf of the City -
of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any Interest the Oty may
have in the real estate located at 21 East Street in said Bangor by virtue of a matured
real estate tax lien assessed for the year 1998 and recorded in Book 6719, Page 263,
Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Said deed shall be directed to Gregory M. and Darlene M.
Kenny, a copy of said deed being attached hereto.

MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED
The CII'Y OF BANGOR, a municipal corporation located in Bangor, Penobscot
County, Mame, as Grantor, for consideration paid, releases to GREGORY M. &
DARLENE M. KENNY, bath of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, as Grantees, a
certain lot or parcel of land with the buildings thereon, situate in the City of Bangor,
Penobscot County, Maine, more particularly described as follows, viz:
Real estate located at 21 East Street in said Bangor
and further described in a deed recorded th Volume
4350, Page 90, Penobscot Registry of Deeds.
Said real estate is further described in City records as
real estate account number 07971, Assessor's Map 13,
Lot 136.
Any and all other rights, easements, privileges mrd
apartment belonging to the granted estate are
hereby conveyed.
The purpose of this deed is to release to the Grantees any interest the Grantor may
have in the above-described property by vane of matured real estate tae lien assessed
our the year 1998 against the Grantees and retarded in Book 6719, Page 263, Penobscot
Registry of Deeds. All public easements or other public interests in the described
premises for roads, sewers, or other proposes are expressly reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its
corporate sea], and signed is its corporate name by RONALD L HELLER, Finance
Director, thereunto duly authorized, this _ day of September, 2000.
