Aa amendment to modify and extend the terms of a Local Project AgreemaN between the Sate
of Maine Department of Transportation and the City of Bangor regarding the development,
design and construction of the Bangor Mall Area Bicycle/PeAesvian Pathway has been prepared
by MDOT. The purpose of the amendment is m add additional finding b the project and to
extend me terms of such Agreement f another grow (3) years until May 24,2002.
