The property is owned by David and Betty Lynne Goodwin. Payment in full has been received by Peoples
Bank. Because tie liens had matured, Finance Committee approval was necessary. The Bank has
requested that the deetl he in the name of the Goodwin.
The Rnance Committee approved the execution of the deed on August ], 2000.
Real estate taxes are current and there are no mile issues wtlh the property.

MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR a municipal corporation located in Bangor, Penobscot
County, Mame, as Gramm, for consideration paid, releases to DAVID & BETTY
LYNNE'GOODW , both of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, as Grantees, a certain
lot or parcel of land with the buildings thereon, situate in the City of Bangor, Penobscot
County, Maine, more particularly described as follows, viz:
Real estate located at 450 Ohio Street in said
Bangor and fuller described in a deed recorded in
Volume 4038, Page 315, Penobscot Registry of Deeds.
Said real estate is further described in City records as
sewer account number 068-198, Assessor's Map
20, Lot 5.
Any and all other rights, easements, privileges and
appurtenances belonging m the granted estate are
hereby conveyed.
The purpose of this deed is to release to the Grantees my interest the Grantor may
have in the above-described property by virtue of matured sewer charge liens recorded
against Betty Lynne Goodwin and recorded in Book 6742, Page 247 and Book 6938,
Page 234, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. All public easements or other public interests
the described premises for roads sewers, or other purposes are expressly reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its
corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by RONALD I. HELLER, Finance
Director, thereunto duly mNorized, this _ day of August, 2000.
