In July 1998 a sewer lien matured against property located at 133 FauM Street and owned by the Janie
Dymond Heirs. In July 1999 Wilfred Dymond contacted the Wastewater Treatment Nam for purposes of
initiating a wort a is agreement to pay off the Outstanding sewer charges as well as all real estate taxes.
The Rnance Committee approved the workout agreement at its August 2, 1999 meeting.
Our office has been nWfietl that the terms of the workout agreement have been satisfied, and the
taxpayer Is requesdW a quWalm deed. There are no rode Issues with the property.

ORDERED,
THAT Ronald f. Heller, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on
behalf of the Qty of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any
Interest the City may have in the real estate located at 133 Fourth Street In said Bangor
by virtue of a matured municipal simer charge lien recorded In the Penobscot Registry
of Deeds In Book 6308, Page 198. Said deed shall be directed to Nifted Dymond,
successor In Interest to ]ante M. Dymond Heirs.

MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR, amunicipal corporation located in Bangor, Penobscot
County, Maine, as Grantor, for consideration paid, releases b NILFRED DYMOND,
successor in interest to June M. Dymond Heirs, of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, as
Gramme, acodam lot or parcel of land with the buildings thereon, situate in the City of
Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, more particularly described as follows, viz:
Real estate located at 133 Fourth Street in said Bangor
and further described in deeds recorded in Volume
976, Page 285 and Volume 991, Page 202, Penobscot
Registry of Deeds. Said real estate is further described
in City records as sewer account number 051-044,
Assessor's Map 23, Lot 131.
Any and all other rights, easements, privileges and
appurtenances belonging to the granted estate are
hereby conveyed.
The purpose of this deed is to release to the Grantee any interest the Grantor may
have in the above-described property by virtue of menaced sewer charge lien assessed
against Janie M. Dymond Hews and recorded in Book 6308, Page 148, Penobscot
Registry of Deeds. All public easements or other public interests in the described
premises for minds, sewers, or other purposes are expressly reserved. -
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its
corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by RONALD I. HEUE.R, Finance
Director, thereumo duly authorized, this day of July, 2000.
