There were 1997 and 1998 real esente taxes assessed against two different owners of the property
located at 72 Vernon Street The current owner, Donna Gormley, was in the process of selling Bre
property. As a past of the sale m the Jenson, Bangor Savings Bank paid all orthe outstanding taxes and
requested that the deed be directed to the new Property owners. There are no outstanding sewer bills,
and no carie issues with the property.

The CITY OF BANGOR, amunicipal corporation located in Bangor, Penobscot
County, Maine, as Corson, for consideration paid, releases to MARK 1. JENSON and
CYNTHIA L. JENSEN, husband and wife, successors in interest m Carolyn M. Mooney
and Donna M. Gormley, both of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, as Grantees, a
certain lot or parcel of land with the buildings thereon, situate in the City of Bangor,
Penobscot County, Maine, more particularly described as follows, viz:
Real estate located at 72 Vernon Street in said Bangor
and further described in a deed recorded in Volume
2220, Page 811, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Said
real estate is further described in City records as
real estate account number 07006, Assessor's Map
14, Int 116.
Any and all other rights, easements, privileges and
appurtenances belonging to the granted estate are
hereby conveyed.
The purpose of this deed is to release to the Grantees any Interest the Grantor may
have in the above-described property by virtue of matured real estate tax liens assessed
against Carolyn M. Mooney for the year 1997 and recorded in Book 6407, Page 126 and
against Donna M. Gormley for the year 1998 and recorded in Book 6719, Page 180,
Penobscot Registry of Deeds. All public easements or other public interests in the
described premises for roads, sewers, or other purposes are expressly reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its
corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by RONALD 1. HELLER. Finanee
