Municipal Quadann Deed releasing tax title to property lasted at 12 Sunbury Avenue to
Kenneth G. Tsoulas, as Trustee of the Irrevocable Crummey Trust, is hereby ratified and
confirmed.

MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal corporation located in Bangor, Penobscot
County, Maine, as Granor, for consideration paid, releases to KENNETH G. TSOUL ,S,
As trustee of the Irrevocable Crummey Trust, successor in interest to Helen Gibson, of
Bangc , Penobscot County, Maine, as Grantee, a amain lot or parcel of land with the
building thereon, situate in the City of Bangm, Penobscot County, Maine, more
particularly described as follows, viz:
Real estate located at 12 Sunbury Avenue in said
Bangor and fuller described in a deed recorded in
Volume 1750, Page 210, Penobscot Registry of
Dells. Said real estate is further described in City
records as real estate account number 25248,
Assessor's Map K42, Lot 49.
Any and all allow rights, Easements, privileges and
appurtenances belonging to the granted estate are
hereby conveyed.
The purpose of this deed is to release to the Grantee any interest the Grantor may
have in the above�described property by virtue ofa="oil real estate tax lien assessed
against Helen Gibson for the year 1998 and recorded in Book 6719, Page 173, Penobscot
Registry of Goods. All public easements or other public interests in the described
premises for mads, sewers, or other purposes are expressly reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its
corporate seal, and signed in its corporate time by RONALD I. HELLER, Finance
Director, thereunto duly authorized, this Z B 1 day of June, 2000.
