Whereas, To determine needed steps to Improve air service access from Bangor International
Airport to the National Air Transportation System studies needed W be done; and
Whereas, The Maine Department of Transportation offered to reimburse Bangor International
Airport, a department of the City of Bangor, up to $20,000 for the said studies; and
Whereas, The studies have been completed; therefore
RESOLVED, That the City Managerand/or the Airport Director are hereby authorred to amept
the $20,000 grant from the Maine Department of Transportation for reimbursement of air
service studies.
Be it further resolved that the $20,000 is hereby appropriated to the Airport Department for
marketing expenditures.
Be It further resolved that the Finance Director shall place this appropriation In an amount in
order to fund the studies.
