The Miming five resolutions Will adopt the fY00 Schad Depamnent Budget. Tay are as follows:
1. Resolve required by Title 20-A MRSA fpr the General Fund Budge 0 $29,722,1 W.
2. Resolve required by Title 20-A MWA for the Vocational Education Region 44 operating budget of
$2,012,685 (BarrgOYs a c essnent will he $306,636 and is induced in the Deparhnent's budget) and
Adult
Education Budget of $113,768 (Bangars share is $2,713).
3. Resolve approving the School Departments Enterprise Fund Budget a $1,588,348 and providing
inrmmmion required by Title 30, Section 5058 MRSA. This avers Adult Education ant Fool Service
Programs.
4. Resolve approving to Sclwal Department's Spetlal Revenue Fund Budge of $1,320,481 and providing
to
Information required by Title 30, Semon 5059 MRSA. These are venous grant program.
5. Resolve approving the Sclmol Departments Trust and Agency Budget of$1,564,811.

RESOLVED, that the sum of $10,038,016.56 be appropriated fat the foundation allocation for
school purposes for Me year beginning July 1, 2000 and ending June 30, 2001! - <.
RESOLVED, Mat the City of Bangor will raise and appropram as Me local share of Me foundation
alocation the sum of $12,444,212.02 for Me year beginning July 1, 2000 and ending June 30, 2001
under the provision of 20A MRSA 15614.
RESOLVED, that the City of Bangor will mise and appropriate $527,%7.60 as the local share of debt
service for the year beginning Juy 1, 2000 and ending June 30, 2001.
RESOLVED, that the City of Bangor will raise and appropriate $4,254,317.00 as additional lowl Ponds
under Me provision of 20-A MRSA 15614.
RESOLVED, Mat the sum of $173,123.00 be noised and appropriated for Me local share of adult
education M the year beginning July 1, 2000 and ending Jane 30, 2001.
RESOLVED, to authorize the School Cammihes to expend, for the facal year beginning July 1, 2000
and ending Juw 30, 2001 far the stain -local allocation, unexpended balances, fusion receipts, local
appropriation, state subsidy, and often receipts for Me support of schools ($400,101.73 from Me Stale
share of debt seMce, $1,585,000.00 from rasion, rental, and oder local receipts, and $300,000.00 from
191 surplus) to sum of $29,722,118,00.
