A tax lien matured on the property of Carol LaGrange, 111 Saratoga Avenue. Bangor Savings Bank paid
the taxes an Apol 21, 2000 and bought the property at the foreclosure auction. They now have a buyer
and need a municlpal quitclaim deed from the CBy.

THAT the actions of the Finance Director and Qty Solicitor In executing and
delivering a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing tax title to property located at 111 Saratoga
Avenue to Bangor Savings Bank, successor in Interest to Carol A. LaGrange Is hereby ratified
and confirmed.

MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal automation located in Bangor, Penobscot
County, Mane, as Grantor, for consideration paid, releases to BANGOR SAVINGS
BANK, successor in interest to Carol A. LaGrange, of Bangor, Penobscot County, Mane,
as Grantee, a certain lot or parcel of land with the buildings thereon, situate in the City of
Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, more particularly described as follows, viz:
Real estate located at 111 Samtoga Avenue in said
Bangor and further described in deeds recorded in
Volume 4885, Page 296 and Volume 5537, Page 70,
Penobscot Registryof Deeds. Said real estate is further
described in City records as real estate account number
85325, Assessor's Map 60, Lot 116.
Any and all other rights, easements, privileges and
appurtenances belonging to the granted estate are
hereby conveyed.
The propose of this deed is to release to the Grantee my interest the Grantor may
have in the above-described property by virtue of a matured real estate tax lien assessed
against Carol A. LaGrange for the year 1998 and recorded in (look 6719, Page 280,
Penobscot Registry ofDeeds. Alf public easements or other public interests in the
described premises for roads, sewers, or other purposes are expressly maerved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its
corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by RONALD L HELLER, Finance
Director, thereunto duly authorized, this 6th day of June, 2000.
