This Resolve will appropriate $90,000 for replacing the roof of Building 98 at the Airport. This is
in accordance with a proposed agreement with the Maine Air Museum, lessee of this property.
Based on this agreement, these funds will be used to provide a five-year interest free can to
the Museum which may be forgiven should the Museum meet certain performance benchmarks
related to establishing and opening this Museum.
This appropriation has been reviewed and approved by the Finance Committee.

By the City council of the CTry ofeangor.-
RESOLVED
THAT, there is hereby appropriated from the General Fund's Undesignated
Fund Balance the amount of $40,000 for purposes of replacing the roof of
Building 98 at Bangor International Airport in accordance with a proposed
agreement with the Maine Air Museum. The Finance Director is authorized to
establish such accounts as may be necessary for this purpose.
