There are no outstanding real estate taxes or code issues with the property.

(TITLE.) ORDER, Authorizing Execution of Municipal Quitclaim Deed— Real
Estate Located at 30 Highland Lana
THAT Deborah A. Cyr, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on
behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any
interest the City may have in the real estate located at 30 Highland lane in sald Bangor
by virtue of a matured sewer lien recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds
in Book 7307, Page 262. Said deed shall be directed to Linda M. Duren, a copy of said
deed being attached hereto.

MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal corporation loomed in Bangor, Penobscot County,
Maim, as Granmq for consideration paid, releases to LINDA M. DUREN, of Bangor, Penobscot
County, Maine, as Grantee, a certain lot or parcel of land with the buildings thereon, situate in the City
of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, and more pard adarly described as follows, viz:
Real estate located at 30 Highland lane in said Bangor end
described in a deed recorded in Volume 3599, Page 98,
Penobscot CountyReglstryofDeeds. Saidrealestmeis
former described in City records as sewer account number
number 015-048, Assessor's Map 32, Lot 62.
Any and all other rights, eaumenls, privileges and appurtenances
belonging to the granted estate are hereby conveyed.
The purpose of this deed is to release in the Grantor any forecast the Grantor may have in me
above-described property by virtue of a matured sewer lien assessed against the Grantee and recorded
in Book 1301, Page 262, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. All public easements or other public interests
in the described premises for roads, sewers, or other purposes are expressly reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its corporate seal,
and signed in its corporate name by DEBORAH A. CYR. Finance Director, thereunto duly autborized
this_ day of October, 2001.
