containing approximately 64,952 sq, ft. and located on Center
Street, Congress Street, Broadway and French Streets. The
requested change is for two parcels from Urban Residence 2
District and the remaining seven

THAT the moving boundary lines asestablished by the Zoning Map of the
City of Bangor dated October 28, 1991, as amended,be hereby further
amended as follows:
By changing seven parcels of land located at 314, 326, 322, 340 and
392 Broadway and 528 and 534 French Street (Tax Map No. 46, Parcel
Nos. 20, 22, 23 and 25 and Tax Map No. 38, Parcel Noe. 155, 152 and
153) from Urban Residence 1 District to Government and Institutional
Service District; and two parcels of land located at 106 Congress
Street and 279 Center Street (Tax Map No. 38, Parcel No. 136 and 141)
from Urban Residence 2 District to Government and institutional
Service District. Said parcels containing approximately 64,952 sq.
ft. and being more particularly indicated on the map attached hereto
and made a part hereof.

THAT the zoning boundary linea as established by the zoning Map of the
City of Bangor dated October 28, 1991, as amended, he hereby further
amended as follows:
By changing Seven parcels of land located at 314, 326, 332, 340 and
392 Broadway and 528 and 534 French Street (Tax Map No. 46, Parcel
Nos. 20, 22, 23 and 25 and Tax Map No. 38, Parcel Noe. 155, 152 and
153) from Debate Residence 1 District to Government and Institutional
Service District; and two parcels of land located at 106 Congre88
Street and 279 Center Street (Tax Nap No. 38, parcel No. 136 and 141)
