ORDERED,
THAT Deborah A. Cyr, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on
behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any
interest the City may have in the real estate located at 591 Union Street in said Bangor
by virtue of matured real estate tax and sewer liens recorded in the Penobscot County
Registry, of Deeds. Said deed shall be directed to Kay Blanchard, a copy of said deed
being attached hereto.

MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal corporation located in Bangor, Penobscot County,
Maine, as Grantor, for consideration paid, releases to KAY BLANCHARD, of Bangor, Penobscot
County, Mune, as Grantee, a cerin lot or parcel of land with the buildings thereon, situate in the City
of Burger, Penobscot County, Maine, and more particularly described as follows, viz:
Real estate located at 591 Union Street in said Bangor and
described in a deed recorded in Volume 2626, Page 214,
Penobscot County Registry of Deeds. Said real estate is
further described in City records as Assessor's Map 20,
Lot IQ
Any and all other rights, easements, privileges and appurtenances
belonging to the granted estate are bereby conveyed.
The purpose of this deed is to release to the Grantee any interest the Grantor rosy have in tire
above-described properly by virtue of real estate and sewer liens assessed against the Grantee and
recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds including but not limited to those further described in
Schedule A attached hereto. All public easements or other public interests in the described premises
for roads, sewers, or other purposes we expressly reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its coryomte seal,
and signed in its corporate name by DEBORAH A. CYR, Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized
this _day of September, 2001.
