Two areas in the lower level of Hangar No. 457 would be leased, approximately 360 square feet for office use and an area of approximately 3,900 square feet for aircraft storage. The lease term would be 5 years, from October 1, 2000 to September 30, 2005, at $3,686.08 per month. The City would pay the cast of all utilities and would be responsible for maintenance of the building except for electrical fixtures, doors, windows, passageways, callings, Interior walls, and other interior paint surfaces. Two areas on Ne lower level of Hangar No. 457, approximately 360 square feet for office use and an area of approximately 3,900 square feet for aircraft storage. b. The right ro use, in common with others, the following parking and common areas: • Common stairways, access ways, and any passageways and the common pipes, condults, wires and appurtaiance equipment serving the premises. Common lobbies, hallways, toilet and other common facilities. • Common walkways, sidewalks, driveways necessary for access to the building, Iandsraping and other areas from time to time maintained on the real property. a Parking spaces assigned by the lessor. Term: Five years, from October 1, 2000 to September 30, 2005 age: $3,606.08 per month Utilities: The City of Bangor shall pay the cost of all utilities furnished to or consumed on the premises, Including electricity, fuel oil, gas, and water and sewer user fees. Maintenance: The City of Banger will be responsible for malntenance of the buildings: foundation; roof; structural walls; operating systems, including heating, plumbing, and electrical systems; heating and plumbing fiMures; exterior paint surfaces; snowplowing for the aircraft parking apron and vehicle parking areas only; landscaping; and parking areas.
