THAT Deborah Cyr, finance Director, is hereby author2ed and directed, on behaR
of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any Interest the
City may have in the real estate located at 41 Davis Road in said Bangor by virtue of an
undischarged real estate our lien recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds.
Said deed shall be directed to the Charleston Hill Group, a copy of said deed being
attached hereto.

MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal corporation located in Bangor, Penobscot County,
Maine, as Grantor, for consideration paid, releases to the CHARLESTON HILL GROUP, of Bangor,
Penobscot County, Main; as Grantee, a certain lot or parcel of land with the buildings themon, situate
N the City of Bangor, Penobscot Comity, Maine, and more particularly described as follons. viz:
Real estate located at 41 Davis Road in said Bangor, and
described in a deed recorded in Volume 5620, Page 106,
Penobscot County RegistryofDeeds. Said real estate is further
described in City records as account number 59416,
Assessor's MEP ICU, Lot 33.
Any and all other rights, easements, privileges and appurtenances
belonging to the grouted estate are hereby conveyed.
The purpose of this deed is to release or, the Grantee any interest the Grantor may have in the
above-described property by virtue of an undischarged real estate tax lien assessed against the Grantee
and recorded in Book 7094. Page 347. Penobscot Registry of Deeds. All public easements or other
public interests in the described premises for roads, sewem or other purposes are expressly reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its corporate seal,
and signed in its corporate name by DEBORAH A. CYR. Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized
this any of August. 2001.
