Watson's attorney informed the Ory on July 2r that a closing was scheduled far July 30 and asked Mat
a municipal quitclaim dead be held In escrow pending Me closing and payment of all outstanding
obligations W the City. There are no code Issues with Me property.
Because of me dosing data, there was not fime to first go to Committee. Staff recommends the France
committee's approval for full Council ratifirztlon of the execution and delivery of the deed.
This Resolve would ratify the actions of boM Me Finance and Legal offices In completing this matter

THE INHABITANTS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BANGOR, abody
corporate, in the County of Penobscot, State of Maine, for consideration paid, releasva to
GEORGE M. WATSON of Bangor, County of Penobscot, mal estate in the City of Bangor,
County of Penobscot, State of Maine, bounded and described as follows:

northwesterly side of Third Street, bonded and described as follows, viz:
Commenting at an iron post on the northwesterly side line of Third Street
located one hundred eighty-three and ore -half (183'A) feet northeasterly,
easured along the northwesterly side of Third Street, from the intersection of
thee noaherly aide line of I,inwln Street and said nordweratly side line of
Third Street; thence northwesterly and paraMl with the generally
northeasterly side line of Lincoln Street one hundred twenty-nine (129) feet to
a point; thence southwesterly and parallel with the noetbwesarly side line of
Third Streat fihreight (58) feet to a point; thence southeasterly and parallel

Sadie L, Jellson to George M. Watson and Blaine F. Watson dated August 1,
1961 and recorded in Book 1796, Page 298 of the Penobscot County Registry
of Deeds. Elaine F. Watson died December 22, 1999.
