(TITLE.) ORDER, Authorizing Execution of Municipal Quitclaim Deed— Real
Estate Wonted at 52 Blackstone Street

ORDERED,
THAT Deborah A. Cyr, Finance Director, Is hereby authorized and directed, on
behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any
interest the City may have In the real estate located at 52 Blatlatone Street in said
Bangor by virtue of a matured real estate tax lien recorded in Book 7096, Page 19,
Penobscot County Registry of Deeds. Said deed shall be directed to Richard and
Melissa Curtis, successors in interest to Paul A. Reilly Heirs, a apy of said deed being
attached hereto.

MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal corporation located in Bangor, Penobscot County,
Maine, as Grantor, for consideration paid, releases to RICHARD and MELISSA CURTIS, successors
n interest to Paul A. Reilly Heirs, both of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, as Grantees, a certain lot
or parcel of land with the buildings thereon, situate in the City of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine,
and more pardculerly described as follows, viz:
Real estate located at 52 Blackstone Street in said Bangor and
described in a deed recorded in Volume 5633, Page 31,
Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Said real estate is father
described in City records as real estate account number
Ill.
Any and all other rights, easements, privileges and appurtenances
belonging to the granted estate are hereby conveyed.
The propose of this deed is to release to the Gmntces any interest the Grantor may have in the
above-described property by virtue of an undischarged real estate tax lien assessed against Paul A.
Rally Heirs and recorded in Book 7096, Page 19, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. All public easements
or other public interests in the described premises for roads, sewers, or other purposes are expressly
reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its corporate seal,
and signed in its corporate name by DEBORAH A. CYR, Finance Dirmtor, thereunto duly authorized
this day of July, 2001.
