of the liens has matured, Council approval is necessary to release the City's Interest In the property back
to the property owner.

Estate Located at 2606 Broadway (Land)

ORDERED,
THAT Deborah A. Cyr, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on
behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any
Interest the City may have In the real estate located at 2606 Broadway (land) in said
Bangor by virtue of a matured real estate tax lien recorded in Book 7095, Page 356,
Penobscot County Registry of Deeds. Said deed shall be directed to Ellen Philbrook, a
copy of said deed being attached hereto.

MUMCIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal corporation located in Bangor, Penobscot County,
Maine, as Grantor, for consideration paid, releases to ELLEN PHILBROOK, of Beeper, Penobscot
County, Maine, as Grantee, a remain lot or parcel of land with the buildings thereon, situate in the City
of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, and more particularly described as follows, viz
Real estate located at 2W6 Broadway (land) in said Bangor
Bangor and harbor described in a deed recorded in Volume
5679, Page 157, Penobscot County Registry of &.
Said real mate is fuller described in City records as real estate
accountrumber 10774.
Any and all other rights, easements, privileges and appmtenancos
belonging to the granted estate are hereby conveyed.
The purpose of this deed is to release to the Grauce any interest the Grantor may have in the
above-described property by virtue of an undischarged real estate as lien assessed against the Groomes
and recorded in Book 7095, Page 356, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. All public easements or other
public interests in the described premises for roads, sewers, or other purposes are expressly reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its corporate seal,
and signed in its corporate name by DEBORAH A. CYR, Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized
this day of July, 2001.
