THAT Deborah Cyr, Finance Director, Is hereby authorized and dlrech d, on behalf
of the City of Bangor, to exeDRe a Municipal QuRcfalm Deed releavng any Interest the
City may have In the real estate located at 228 Davis Road in mid Bangor by virtue of
an undischarged real estate tax lien recorded in Book 7094, Page 288, Penobscot
Registry of Deeds. Said deed shall be directed to Andrew, Wginia J. and Cad A.
Sjogren, successes in tltle to Theodore Bell, Jr., a copy of mid deed being attached
hereto.

MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR a municipal corporation located in Bangor, Penobscot County,
Maine, as Grantor, for consideration paid, releases to ANDREW, VIRGINIA J. and CARL A.
SJOGREN, all of Bangor, Penobsem County, Maine, successors in interest to Theodore Bell, Jr., m
Grantees, a certain lot or parcel of land with Ne buildings thereon, situate in the City of Bangor,
Penobscot County, Maine, and more particularly described as follows, viz:
Reel estate located at 228 Davis Road in Bangor, and
described in deeds recorded in Volume 3706, Page 290 and
Volume 7511, Page 24, Penobscm RegistryofDeeds. Said
real estate is further designated in City records w real estate
account number 9650, Assessor's Map 64, Lot 5.
Any and all other rights, easements, privileges and appurtenances
belonging a the granted estate are hereby conveyed.
The purpose oftbis deed is to release to the Grantees any interest Ne Grantor may have in the
above-described property by virtue of an undischarged real estate tax lien assessed against Theodore
Bell, Jr. and recorded in Book 7094, Page 288, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. All public easements or
other public interests in the described premises for mads, sewers, or other purposes are expressly
reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its corporate seal,
and signed in its corporate name by DEBORAH A. CYR, Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized
