ORDERED,
THAT Deborah A. Cyr, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on
behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any
Interest the City may have In the real estate located at 45 Dillingham Street in said
Bangor by virtue of a matured real estate tax lien recorded in Book 7095, Page 7,
Penobscot County Registry of Deeds. Said deed shall be directed to Michael W. and
Theresa J. Conners, a copy of said deed being attached hereto.

MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR a municipal corporation located in Bangor, Penobscot County,
Maine, as Gmmmr, for consideration paid, releases to MICHAEL W. and THERESA J. CONNERS,
both of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, as Grantees, a certain lot or parcel of land with the
buildings thereon, situate in the City of Bought, Penobscot County, Maine, and more particularly
described as follows, viz:
Real carate located at 45 Dillingham Street in said Bangor and
further described in a deed recorded in Volume 6028, Page
88, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Said real estate is further
described in City records as real trade account number 7772.
Any and all other rights, easements, privileges and appurterwrces
belonging to the granted estate are bereby conveyed.
The purpose of this deed is to release to the Grantees any interest the Grantor may have in the
above-described property by virtue of so undischarged real estate tax lien assessed against the Grantees
andrecordedin Book7095, Page 7, Penobscot Registry ofDeeds. All public easements or other
public interests in the described premises for roads, sewers, or other purposes are expressly reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its corporate seal,
had signed in its corporate name by DEBORAH A. CYR, Finance Direcmq thereunto duly authorized
this day of July, 2001.
