Cyr, lzmarrce Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of the CRy of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any Interest the City may have in the real estate located at 298 Es Street in said Bangor by virtue of a matured real estate tax lien recorded in Book 7096, Page 74, Penobscot County Registry of Deeds. Said deed shall be directed to Ross F. & Ann G. SMITH, both of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine,as Grantees, a certain lot or parcel of land with the buildings themo, sintate in the City of Bangor, Penobscot Comity, Maine, and more particularly described as follows, viz: Real estste located az 298 Essex Street in said Bangor and described in a deed recorded in Volume 2201, Page 369, Penobscot RegistryofDceds. Saidrealestateisfwther described in City records as real estate account number 7597. Any and all other rights, easements, privileges and appurtenances belonging to the granted estate are hereby conveyed. The purpose of this deed is to rebase to the Grantees any interest the Grantor may have in the above-described property by virtue of an undischarged real estate tax lien assessed against the Grantees and recorded in Book 7096, Page 74, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. All public easements or other public interests in the described premises for roads, sewers, or other purposes are expressly reserved.
