ComareMary:
The Finance Committee had approved a workout agreement between the Cry and the owner of the
property M 18 Wiley Street, Asan Cox, on December 19, 2000. In March of 2001, the Treasurer's office
was contacted by Option One Mortgage to pay off all of the outstanding taxes, which included a matured
tax lien. The Finance Committee recommended accepting payment on March 21, 2000. Our office has
been notlfled that payment has been received and a quitclaim deed can be issued. Because the lien has
matured, Council approval is necessary to release the City's Interest in the property back to the properly
owner.
The Finance Committee recommended approval at fts meeting on July 18, 2001
There are no outstanding sewer bills or code issues.
