Passage of this proposed rezoning will enable DEP to repeal the Conditional Approval and fully approve the City's Land Development Code. THAT the abasing boundary linea as established by the Zoning Map of the City of Bangor dated October 28, 1991, as amended, be hereby further amended as followst By amending the Land Development Code by changing parte of four parcels (Tax Map No. R-59, Part of Parcel 9, Tax Map No. R-61, Part of Parcels 21, 2D and 3) from Rural Residence ,& Agriculture District, Shopping and Personal Service District and Stream Protection District to Resource Protection District and parts of eight parcels (Tax Map No. R-62, Parts of Parcels 5N and 5, and Tax Map No. R71, Parts of Parcels 21D, 28A, 27, 33A, 31 and 28) from Shopping and Personal Service District, General Commercial and Service District, Government and Institutional Service District and Low Density Residential District to Stream Protection District; and parts of four parcels (Tax Map No. R-61, Parts of Parcels 2, 5, SF, SM) from Stream Protection District to Shopping and Personal Service District.
