Estate Located at 170-176 !tolling Drive
Responsible Department: Legal
Commentary:
Payment in the amount of §4,700 has been received from MaMyn Gram, a/k/a Marylyn Libby, owner of
the property at 170-176 Bolling Drive for outstanding sewer charges. Because two of the liens have
matured, Council approval is necessary to release the CIVs interest In the property back to the property
owner. The former owner of the property, Maple HIII Townhouses, Inc., had a 1999 tax lien that was
paid but not discharged.
The Hnance Comm Wee recommended approval at its meeting on May Z1, 2001.
The real estate taxes are current. Code Enforcement will be working with the new owner W correct
