Because the Assessing Department received incorrect information of the name of the owner, th tax bills were sent to the wrong person. The owners failed to Investigate why they were not receiving tax bills. The liens were discovered during the process of His work on the property after the owners enteretl into an agreement W sell the home. The closing was scheduled for April 27, 2001. The City executed a deed so the dosing could occur and the taxes be paid. This Order will ratify the execution and delivery of the deed.
