The property ar 77 Webster Avenue has several matured tax liens. Because the Assessing Department
received incorrect information of the name of the owner, th tax bills were sent to the wrong person.
The owners failed to Investigate why they were not receiving tax bills. The liens were discovered during
the process of His work on the property after the owners enteretl into an agreement W sell the home.
The closing was scheduled for April 27, 2001. The City executed a deed so the dosing could occur and
the taxes be paid.
This Order will ratify the execution and delivery of the deed.

MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal corporation located in Bangor, Penobscot County,
Maine, as Grantor, for consideration paid, releases to KATHRYN and ROBERT NOYES, both of
Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, summon in interest to Edene Morgan and Fleet Bank of Maine,
as Grantees, a certain lot or parcel of land with the buildings thereon, situate in the City of Bangor,
Penobscot County, Maine, and more particularly described as follows, viz:
Real estate located at 77 Webster Avenue in said Bangor, and
described in a deed recorded in Volume 5249, Page 30,
Penobscot County Registry of Deeds. Said real estate is father
described in City records as account number 08781, Assessor's
Map 13, Lot 143.
Any and all other rights, easements, privileges and appurtenances
belonging to the granted estate are hereby conveyed.
The purpose of this deed is W release to the Grantee any interest the Grater may have in the
above-described property by virtue of an undischarged tax liens assessed against Erlene Morgan and
Fleet Bank of Maine and recorded in Book 5661, Page 327; Book 6139, Page 267; Book 6406, Page
260; Book 6719, Page 147 and Book 7095, Page 90, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. All public
amens or other public interests in the described premise for roads, sewers, or other purposes are
expressly reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument W be sealed with its Corporate seal,
and signed in its Corporate name by DEBORAH A. CYR, Acting Finance Director, thereunto duly
authorizedthis' C day of April, 2001.
