(TITLE.) ORDER, Authorizing Execution of Munidpal Quitclaim Deer) — Real
Estate Located at 2262 Essex Street

ORDERED,
THAT Deborah Cyr, Acting Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on
behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any
interest the City may have in the real estate located at 2262 Essex Street in said Bangor
by virtue of an undischarged real estate tax lien recorded in Book 7096, Page 109,
Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Said deed shall be directed to Dorothy Gould and Ernest
Smith, successors in interest to James G. Taylor, a copy of mid deed being attached
hereto.

MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal corporation located in Bangor, Penobscot County,
Maine, as Greater, for consideration paid, releases w DOROTHY GOULD and ERNEST SMITH,
both of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, successors in interest to James G. Taylor, as Grantees, a
certain lot or parcel of land with the buildings thereon, situate in rise City of Bangor, Penobscot
County, Maine, and more particularly described as follows, viz:
Real estate located at 2262 Essex Street in said Bangor, and
described in deeds recorded in Volume 3160, Page 40 and Book
]2]8, Page 97, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Said real estate
is further designated in City records as account number
number RE 9153, Assessor's Map R59, Lot 3.
Any and all other rights, easements, privileges and appurtenances
belonging to the granted estate are hereby conveyed.
The purpose of (his deed is to release to the Grantee any interest the Grantor may have in the
above-described Property by virtue of an undischarged real estate tax lien assessed for the year 1999
against James G. Taylor and recorded in Book 70%, Page 109, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. All
public easements or other public interests in the described premises for roads, sewers, or other
purposes are expressly reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its corporate seal,
and signed in its corporate name by DEBORAH A. CYR, Acting Finance Director, thereunto duly
authorized this day of May, 2001.
