Estate located at 550 Mount Rope Avenue

ORDERED,
THAT Deborah Cyr, Acting Finance Director, Is hereby authorized and directed, on
behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Qui c lm Deed releasing any
Interest the City may have in the real estate located at 550 Mount Hope Avenue in mid
Bangor by virtue of an undischarged real estate talc lien recorded in Book 70%, Page
134, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Said deed shall be directed to Varney, Inc., a copy
of said deed being attached hereto.

MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal corporation located in Bangor, Penobscot County,
Maine, as Grants, for consideration paid, releases to VARNEY, INC., of Bangor, Penobscot County,
Maine, as Grantee, a certain lot or parcel of had with the buildings thereon, situate in the City of
Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, and more particularly described as follows, viz:
Real estate located at 550 Mount Hope Avenue in said Bangor,
and dewribai in a dead recorded in Volume 6034, Page 240,
Penobscot County Registry of Deeds. Said real estate is funher
described in City records as amount number 59526, Assessor's
Map R62, Lot 57.
Any and all other rights, easements, privileges and appurtenances
belonging to the granted estate are hereby conveyed.
The purpose of this dead is to release to the Grantee any interest the Grantor may have in the
above-described property by virtue of an undischarged real estate tax lien assessed against the GmMee
and recorded in Book 7096, Page 134, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. All Public easements or other
public interests is the described premises for roads, sewers, or other purposes are expressly reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its corporate seal,
and signed in its corporate name by DEBORAH A. CYR, Acting Finance Director, thereunto duly
authorized this day of April, 2001.
