Cyr, Acting Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Qu'Rclaim Deed releasing any interest the City may have in the real estate located at 26 Parker Street In said Bangor by virtue of a matured real estate tax lien assessed for the year 1999 and recorded In Book 5661, Page 298, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Said deed shall be directed to Thomas Sharlos, successor in title to John D. & Tende L. McLean, a copy of which is attached hereto. The land and premises conveyed by United Sites of America to the Gramm herein by deed dated December 18,1968 and recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Book 2148, Page 67, as confined by a certain "Confirmatory Deed' dated April 28, 1969 end recorded in said Registry in Book 2156, Page 449; and other Ind and promises originally conveyed by the Grantor herein to United Stales of America by deed dined December 29,1942 and recorded in said Registry in Book 1205, Page 345, title to which reversed to the Grantor herein in December, 1968, upon decommissioning of the former Dow Air Force Base; for consideration given by BANGOR HYDRO -ELECTRIC COMPANY, a corporation mgmi�-.ed and existing Under the laws of the State of Maine and having its principal place of business nt 33 State S1ree4 Bangor, County of Penobscel. McLean, as Grenta, a certain lot or parcel of land with the buildings thereon, situate in the City of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, and more particularly described as follows, viz: Real estate located at 26 Parker Street in said Bangor, and described in deeds recorded in Volume 2307, Page 297 aed Book 7190, Page 333, Penobscot County Registry of Deeds. Said real ounce is further designated in City records m account rancher 44058, Assessor's Map 35, Lot 48. Any and all other dgbts, easements, privileges and appurtenances belonging to the grunted estate are hereby conveyed. The purpose of this deed is to mime to the Grantee any interest the Greater may have in the ainwedescribed property by virtue of an undischarged real estate tax lien assessed against John D. & Terre L. McLean and recorded in Book 5661, Page 298, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Allpublic easements or other public interests in the described premises for reads, sewers, or other purposes are expressly reserved.
