The purpose of this amendment is to define "dispatch service" in recognition of the change In which
taxicab companies are operated, and require dispatch services to protide the City with a list of their
associated drivers, updated monthly. R also permits individualty-cwned taxicabs to advertise their
dispatch service instead of the name of the license -holder.
