General Electric Company
Responsible Department: Community & Economic Development
Commentary:
As part of General Electric's expansion at its Maine Avenue location, our Code requires that they have an
additional thirty parking spaces at that location. The attached Parking Agreunent will provide for GE's
use of a City lot on Florida Avenue next in their GE Mame Avenue kneader. This will enable them to
meet the parking requirements.
