The purpose of this amendment Is to add places of worship as permitted uses in zoning districts that permit other similar uses as required by the Religious land Use & Institutionalized Persons Act of 2000. The amendment also deletes references to "community living facilities" and replaces it with "community living arrangements." Community living arrangements are integrated iota the various residential zoning districts In accordance with 30-A M.R.S.A. § 4357-A. (8) Private membership, seoizl and fraternal clubs. (9) Governmental office buildings. (10) Enclosed recreation centers.
