Responsible Department: City Clack Commentary: The purpose of this amendment Is to prohibit dogs at kennels and breeding kennels, as defined by ordinance definitions based on definitions in state law , from running at large without supervision on the kennel property. The amendment also authorizes the Municipal Operations Committee to revoke a kennel's license after being convicted of three violations of permitting dogs to run at large unsupervised.
