Mr. Ken Selland, Chair
Bangor Water District
Board of Trustees
614 Slate Street
Bangor, Maine 04401
Dear Ken:
Please accept my resignation from the Board of Trustees for the Bangor Water
District effective October 18, 2000. The reason for this action is that I will be
moving to Brewer. After discussion with Wayne Rogalski, he informed me that
according to the District's Sy -laws it states: mthat all Trustees are required to be
residents of Bangor".
I would like to thank each and everyone involved for the opportunity to serve in
this capacity and to wish continued success to the Bangor Water District and to
the Board of Trustees.
A copy of this letter is being sent to Gail Campbell.
Cordially,
Timothy Arbuckle
