sewer lien has matured, Counal approval is necessary to release the OWs interest in the property.
The mal estate Wes are anent and there are no code issues with the property. The Rnance Committee
recommended approval at its November 6r' meeting.

Estate Located at 85 Shepherd Drive

ORDERED,
THAT Ronald I. Helier, Finance Director, is hereby authorized, on behalf of the City
of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any Interest the City may
have in the real estate located at 85 Shepherd Drive in said Bangor by virtue of a
matured sewer charge lien recorded in Book 6938, Page 235, Penobscot Registry of
Deeds. Said deed shall be directed to James C. Grady, a copy of sad deed being
attached hereto.

MUNICBAL QUITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal corporation located in Reopen, Penobscot
County, Maine, as Granmr, for consideration paid, releases to JAMES C. GRADY, of
Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, as Grantee, a certain lot or parcel of land with me
buildings thereon, situate in the City of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, more parnicularly
described as follows, viz:
Real estate located at 85 Shepherd Drive in said
Bangor and further described in a dad recorded in
Volume 5934, Page 22, Penobscot County Registry
of Deeds. Said real estate is further described in
City records as waver account number 089A81,
Assessor's Map R21, Lot 157.
Any and all other rights, easements, privileges and
appurtenances belonging the granted esmm are
hereby conveyed.
The purpose ofthis deed is to release to the Games any interest no Grantor may
have in the above-described property by virtue of a matured sewer charge lien assessed
against the Grantee and searched in Book 6938, Page 235, Penobscot Registry of Dads. All
public comments or other public interests in rhe dewdhe i premises for roads, sewers, or
other purposes are expressly reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be waled with its
corporate seek, and signed in its corporate name by RONALD 1. HELLER, Finance Director,
Inaccurate duty authorized, this day of November, 2000.
